acci.cloud/ is built with native support for multi-currency transactions. To use this feature, you must first explicitly activate the currencies your business needs. Once activated, the currency dropdown on sales and purchase forms will automatically be limited to your home currency and the active currencies you have selected.
- Home currency is set when you create a company.
Activate Currency
- Go to Accounts on the left sidebar, and select Currencies
- System displays all currencies with your home currency listed first.
- Click the currency line you want to activate.
- On the currency page, fill in the following fields
- Active: Select this option to make this currency active.
- Exchange Rate: Enter currency exchange rate.
