Commission Setup

Intro – Commission Setup #

Acci.cloud offers built-in commission tracking features, supporting a wide range of compensation models. These include basic fixed-rate calculations, commission tiers, individual sales rep or team-based plans, and options for sales quotas. You can also create one plan for all or tailor plans for different territories and incorporate bonus incentives or override commissions. Once enabled, the system automatically tracks, calculates, and delivers results to payroll for payout.

Enable Commission Tracking #

Commission tracking is not active by default.

  • Go to Sales Performance on the left sidebar, and select Commission Setup
  • Select “Enable Commission” option

Once commission is enabled, all sales entered through ‘Invoice’ or ‘Receipt’ are credited to the specified sales representative. While you can disable commission tracking, it’s not strongly recommended because you will lose commission data for the inactive period. For example, if you disable tracking for a week and then re-enable it, the system will not retrospectively calculate commission for that week. This could result in your sales representatives losing out on their earnings.

Commission Model #

Acci.cloud offers 3 commission models; you can choose one that fits your business requirement.

  • Simple Fixed Rate: Sales rep get a fixed commission rate for all commissionable products/services.

  • Advanced: If simple fixed rate and product-based rate model do not meet your business need, use the advanced model which offers flexible and comprehensive commission system. The advanced capability is delivered through commission plan. Advanced features include
