Price List allows you to manage the prices of all your products from a single location, and you can even set prices for different units of measure or in various currencies. You can also create a quantity discount or volume pricing scheme by specifying the minimum quantity and the corresponding discounted price for that tier.
- If a price is not set in the Price List, the system will use the item’s price from its record in the Items app.
Create a New Item Price
- Go to Items on the left sidebar, and select Price List
- Click Add New button in the top right corner.
- On the new item price page, fill in the following fields
- Item: Select product item.
- Description: Automatically filled when you select an item.
- Currency: Default is your home or base currency.
- Uom: Default unit of measure is Ea (each).
- Min Quantity: Enter the minimum quantity required to get this price. The default is 1.
- Rate: Enter item’s price.
- Ignore Promotion: Select this option to keep the current price without applying any additional discounts (from promotion).
