Items #

Items in Acci.cloud refer to goods or services that you sell to customers or purchase from vendors or suppliers. Acci.cloud offers various item types, such as service, inventory, non-inventory, bundle, charge. Once you create items, they can be utilized in both sales transactions (e.g., Invoice, Quote, Order, Receipt, and Credit Note) and purchase transactions (e.g., Bill, Payment, Purchase Order, and Purchase Return).

Item Type

Service

Description

Work or tasks performed for a customer, often intangible. Examples include consulting, repairs, or delivery services.

Bundle

A collection or group of individual items that are sold together as a single unit. These items can include both products and services, and the bundle is typically created to offer customers convenience or a combined discount.

Charge

Additional fees applied to a transaction.

Deposit

The built-in ‘Deposit’ item is used to represent a customer’s deposit amount on an invoice or receipt.

Discount

The built-in “Disc%” and “Disc$” items are used to apply discounts by percentage or dollar amount, respectively. You can use it to make discount lines on Quote, Order, Invoice, or Receipt details.

Inventory

A tangible product that a business either sells to customers or keeps in stock for future use or sale. Inventory item will be track both quantity and cost across different warehouses or locations.

Non-Inventory

Non-inventory items are tangible goods that a business chooses not to track by either quantity or cost.

Retainage

Use built-in ‘Retainage’ item to track portion of payment and withheld by your customer. This amount will be released to you once the project is completed. Retainage item is only available for sales transactions.

Retainer

Use built-in ‘Retainer’ item to track a payment a customer made in advance to secure your services. Remaining retainer can be applied to future invoices or refunded as needed. Retainer item is only available for sales transactions.

Subtotal

Use built-in ‘Subtotal’ item to make a subtotal line on Invoice Receipt or Quote.
